Ms. Ferdaush, is an associate at Russel & Partners. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from American International University of Bangladesh, has a diverse background in legal research, highlighted by her thesis on “Protection of Rights of Elderly People in Bangladesh.” During her tenure at AIUB, she served as the Director of Media at YCIAdr (NGO), where she skillfully managed media content and fostered relationships with law students, while also leading a team to successful outcomes in various initiatives. Her proactive involvement in events and conferences further expanded her professional network.

Her achievements include certifications in design and organization from AIUB Arts Club, recognition for her outstanding performance in moot court competitions, and participation in significant legal workshops and conferences. Ms. Ferdaush’s commitment to excellence was acknowledged with awards such as being awarded runner-up in the Third Intra-Department Moot Court Competition.

In 2023, Ms. Ferdaush joined Russel & Partners to continue her professional growth. She is passionate about criminal law, and her role encompasses legal research, litigation, corporate matters, legal drafting, and client meetings across a wide spectrum of legal domains, including criminal law, corporate law, intellectual property, family law, and labor and employment law.
